The journey began three years ago in May 2004, when Scoozi Restaurant opened. No one engaged in the project imagined we would create one of Bangkok finest restaurant. This goal was to give something extra that other restaurants were not doing: a way to prepare food as it was prepared at home. When you invite people over to entertain, you rarely think of the expenses. So, when you go shopping for your guests, you will purchase the best ingredients and wines in order to impress them. This is the inbuilt human nature of a good host. It did not take much time to get the word around that we were doing something special.
